North Paws Veterinary Clinic is an AAHA-accredited small animal practice located in Maple Grove, MN. We are proudly privately owned and we are committed to changing the unhealthy work culture common throughout the veterinary industry. Specifically, we focus on:

Our Urgent Care provides a relaxed-paced environment compared to emergency medicine services, but still provides case variety. We run by appointments and really focus on providing high quality care for our clients and patients. Urgent Care is open Monday through Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

We encourage our Veterinary Technicians to utilize their amazing skills and knowledge here at North Paws. Our Veterinary Technicians manage all appointments from start to finish. This includes everything from client education to diagnostics to patient care. Our Veterinary Technicians also utilize their hands-on skills, such as restraint, blood draws, performing x-rays, monitoring sedated patients, and much more. Veterinary Technicians must have at least 2 years of experience working in a small animal clinic, including experience with sedation and anesthesia, as well as the ability to work independently.

Veterinary Assistants are also utilized to their full capacity, including phone triaging, helping clients check in and out, assisting Veterinary Technicians and Veterinarians with diagnostics and treatments. One year experience preferred but not required.
