Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Assist veterinarians.
- Preparing for and assisting with ultrasound and surgeries.
- Performing dental procedures in dogs and cats.
- Communicate with clients about treatment plans, pet health concerns, guidance, and client education.
- Medication administration and dispensing.
- Animal restraint, obtaining medical history, preparing sick pets for hospitalization, emergency care, monitoring in-hospital patients, obtaining lab samples, running diagnostic tests, and taking x-rays.
- Keeping all work areas tidy, fully stocked, and clean.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience.
- Full Time: Available to work 4 days during the week with 1 Saturday off a month. 1 hour dedicated for lunch every shift
- Dependable, cooperative, positive, and tactful individual.
- Supportive team player, contributing his/her fair share, and a multitasker.
- Feel and express a genuine liking for animals and their owners, and for working in the animal care field.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Cornerstone software knowledge is a plus.

- Hospital Hours: Monday - Friday7:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Saturday 7:30 AM – 12 PM.
