Job Title: Veterinary Receptionist

Job Summary: Our veterinary clinic is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and assisting the veterinary team with various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, both in-person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits
• Manage patient records, including medical histories and billing information
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Communicate with veterinary staff to ensure efficient patient care
• Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with animals and handling them when necessary
• Proficient in Apple/Mac and other basic computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
