WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A UI Angular developer.
YOUR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES?
- Develop User interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications with the latest Front-End Angular Technologies and support existing applications.
- Perform product analysis and development tasks of an increasingly complex nature which may require extensive research and analysis.
- Make design and technical decisions for Angular projects.
- Develop application code and unit tests in the Angular, Rest Web Services technologies for the Application Development Center
- Ensuring high performance
- Good understanding of reusable components
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience with software development and holds good track record in terms of delivery excellence and application / product knowledge.
- Strong experience with implementation of software design patterns in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Recent hands-on experience with Angular
- Strong understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3and LESS and writing cross browser compatible code
- Experience with Lit for lightweight web components.
- Working experience with responsive designs Bootstrap and/or Material UI
- Working knowledge of ADA WCAG Compliance
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git and BitBucket.
- Good to have some working knowledge of Java and Spring Framework.

Globant reasonably expects the annual base compensation for this role to be $70,000 to $80,000. Specific offer details are determined by carefully considering a variety of factors, including the candidate’s primary work location, skills, experience, education, market demands, and internal parity.
