GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Treasury Funding Administrator is responsible for the Bank’s Fed Fund position management under the supervision of the Assistant Controller; monitoring the balance of Clearing Account with Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco as well as US dollar balances of other correspondent banks including large cash activities; Responsible for Insured Cash Sweep (ICS) transactions and brokered deposit transactions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and report Bank's cash flow position daily. Forecasting the Bank's cash position for the next business day
- Daily monitoring clearing balance with Federal Reserve Bank
- Daily monitoring and reporting FRB account daylight overdraft position
- Prepare foreign and domestic correspondent banks daily monitoring sheets
- Prepare daily Liquidity Position Report
- Provide recommendations to the Treasury Front Office to sell/buy funds
- Update Funding Position report daily
- Process outgoing wires for Treasury Back Office settlement.
- Prepare rate exception report for the Pricing Committee monthly
- Process ICS customer transactions
- Record and process brokered deposit transactions
- Process accounting entries
- Performing back-up functions for Treasury Back Office Administrator as needed.
