Job Description
Great opportunity to expand the work you are doing by starting a new role for Bremer Bank. As a Treasury and Commercial Payments Sales Director you will be providing leadership for treasury management & commercial payments sales. This position will have multiple direct reports who are focused on Treasury Management sales. These team members are geographically dispersed and will look to this role for on-going coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure success. As a leader you will design and execute an outbound, card payment & integrated payables strategy. In addition, you will be responsible for setting the sales strategy to deliver to new and current customers. As our ideal candidate you will have a variety of experience in leading large sales teams that work with customers with a range of needs. A background in outbound sales, commercial credit card, merchant sales, and commercial deposits is required.
Qualifications:

• 10+ years providing sales leadership for commercial deposit and treasury product suites
• Proven track record of thought leadership
• Experience forming and leading Merchant Services business
• 10+ years experience with B2B payments
• Hands-on Application Programming Interface (API) experience and knowledge
• Digital delivery channel experience
• In-depth knowledge of multiple Enterprise Resource Planning software and integrations
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Primary location: St. Paul, MN, 50% of the time.
Location: within Bremer's footprint; determined based on candidate location and Bremer's current needs
Ability to travel approximately 50 percent of the time both regionally and nationally to accommodate team members and customers.
