Radial, the leader in omnichannel commerce technologies and operations has an exciting opening for a Transportation Analyst. Radial’s omnichannel solutions use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the e-commerce end to end processes reducing costs for our customer while enhancing the consumer experience.

Role Summary:

The Transportation Analyst’s primary focus is to utilize logistical engineering methods to model, understand, predict and/or improve supply chain operations and efficiencies. Provide consistent, relevant and accurate data analyses using data driven methods to present strong and innovative supply chain solutions to senior management and prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

• This individual will work directly with the Supply Chain leadership team and will have the opportunity to work cross functionally with several departments across the organization including, Fulfillment, Client Services, Finance and Sales.

• Analyzes both service and cost baseline models.

• Models current and future state scenarios and cost/service implications.

• Assists in translating complex system models (Llamasoft, Tableau) into executive-level presentations with analyses and data driven recommendations.

• Develop and implement data collection and analysis efforts, implement and use simulation models, and analyze the impacts and benefits of supply change investments and/or changes.

• Support external and internal clients with detailed supply chain solutions costing analysis.

• Develop and implement supply chain reporting metrics to identify key trends and provide insightful analysis to key stakeholders.

• Critical thinking skills will be utilized to proactively and reactively solve supply chain issues.

• Demonstrates the ability to construct detailed financial or business application models and clearly communicate the underlying assumptions and results.

• Develop and maintain reporting metrics to identify key trends and provide insightful analysis to key stakeholders.

• Develop necessary insights and recommendations for key decisions within functional departments.

• Interact on behalf of finance and fulfillment operations with various internal departments at various organizational levels.

• Respond to direct requests from Supply Chain, Fulfillment Technology and other functional departments with timely and accurate information.

• Support external partnerships with vendors, contractors and clients, as appropriate.

• Develop necessary insights and recommendations for key decisions within Supply Chain Services and related departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor' s Degree in Supply Chain or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Analyst.

• Proficient Excel skills and an ability to analyze complex and large datasets.

• Ability to build databases using Access or similar software.

• Ability to learn and utilize robust business intelligence and visualization software platforms (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, Microstrategy, Tableau, etc.)

• Good presentation skills.

• Ability to react quickly and works well in a dynamic environment.

• Experience with a broad range of system technology tools that support the e-commerce landscape: WMS, TMS, WCS, OMS etc.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external partners and teams.

• Strong-communication and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated high-level analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Self-starter mindset; Able to work independently to deliver results.

• The ideal candidate will be technically adept in navigating spreadsheets with large quantities of data and using the results of that detailed analysis to inform recommendations to our partners across the organization

• This position is remote.
