Job Responsibilities:
- Take residents to scheduled appointments.
- Protect the residents’ confidential information and follow the facility policy and procedures as it applies to the overall job duties.
- Report changes identified in the resident’s condition to the Charge Nurse and assist the Nurse when necessary.
- Transport patients accordingly
- Conduct all appointments in a timely manner

Requirements:
· Certified Nurse Assistant in good standing
· Clean driving record
Knowledge / Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience
Licensure / Certifications:
- CNA license
- CPR Certification
- Texas Driver's License
