Job Description:

The Systems Trainer is responsible for preparing training materials and implementing training programs to teach and guide employees in properly utilizing various computer programs and applications used in the company's daily operations.

Essential Functions:

• Designing and developing training materials for all types of training programs including computer software, word processing software, and spreadsheet application.
• Evaluating employees’ progress and ensuring that they are meeting learning objectives.
• Conducting training sessions for new employees to ensure that they understand company policies and procedures.
• Identifying and collaborating with internal department training and developing training programs to meet those needs.
• Designing and developing computer-based training programs using instructional design principles.
• Conducting reoccurring classroom training using live participants or virtual environments such as virtual classrooms or virtual worlds every two weeks.
• Creating realistic scenarios to simulate real-world situations which employees may encounter on the job.
• Conducting post-training surveys to assess how effectively a class was delivered and whether any improvements can be made for future classes.
• Ability to travel as needed to onboarding locations for new market training.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equal qualifying experience with required company systems
• Current in-depth working knowledge of all software/systems currently used by Arkos Health, including: Microsoft Outlook, Five9, Healthstream, and Internal EMR Software preferred.
• Experience and understanding of population health management preferred.
