Technical Training Specialist needed in Houston TX. This person will play a key roles as the Subject Matter expert on Construction training, testing and policy. This team is builidng a best in class training to increase knowledge safety and consistency. Ideal candidates will be able to hit the ground running with a solid understanding of current construction training.

responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of training and competency programs
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in training content and materials and research enhancements to generate higher productivity and safety
• Create curriculum to facilitate leadership and development, safety, and craft discipline training
• Develop course content utilizing multiple delivery methods (instructor led training, computer-based training, virtual instructor led training)
• Produce supporting supplemental materials and reference guides that facilitate curriculum learning
• Determine evaluation and assessment strategies and apply the strategies identified to course content development
• Conduct competency and proficiency assessments for craft disciplines.
• Ensure training programs are developed in compliance with regulatory, safety and competency requirements
