Marketing, Recruiting & Training Coordinator
General:
The Marketing, Recruiter & Trainer Coordinator is responsible for:
*Traditional and Digital Marketing as well as Public Relations
*Responding to volunteer inquiries, following up and scheduling and conducting of prospective volunteer interviews
*Conducting pre-service training for prospective CASAs a minimum of 5 times per year
*Assisting with in-service coordination
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Consistent and regular submission of radio and newspaper announcements, PSAs, press releases and articles
*Managing Volunteer PR committee efforts at local festivals
*Periodically using other advertising- posters, billboards, yard signs, inserts in programs and bulletins
*Social media marketing and monitoring social media and website analytics modifying tactics accordingly
*Seeking out and speaking at community events, civic groups and churches
*Coordinate an annual Child Abuse Awareness campaign in April
*Track and respond to every volunteer inquiry
*Receive and review volunteer applications and schedule interviews
*Conduct interviews and collect all prospective paperwork required
*Schedule and conduct 5 or more pre-service training classes per year, utilizing the National CASA
Standardized Training Manual
*Schedule, coordinate with judges and conduct swearing in of all new CASAs
*Coordinate and publicize in-service trainings
*Perform related duties as needed
Skillsets for Success:
Strong work ethic, team player, works well independently, self-starter, multi-tasker, organized, skilled in
Excel, Google Docs, FB and other social media, detail oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills, great interpersonal skills, both follows and gives direction well.
Desired Qualifications:
One or more years CASA program experience, marketing experience, well-connected within one or more of program communities, college degree

Pay: From $39,000.00 per year
