The Firm:

Greenblum & Bernstein (“G&B”) is a mid-size Intellectual Property law firm located in Reston, VA, representing companies all over the world. We are seeking a Trademark/Litigation Attorney to join our litigation and contested matters group. The Position:

We are looking for a full-time associate to assist with the procurement, defense and enforcement of trademarks, as well as assist with federal court intellectual property litigation. Duties would include trademark prosecution before the USPTO, as well as coordinating trademark prosecution with non-US counsel for international prosecution. Duties also include assisting with opposition and cancellation proceedings before the USPTO and assisting in federal court trademark and patent litigation, as well as assisting in other contested matters and projects related to counseling our clients with respect to intellectual property matters.

The Person:

The successful candidate has two to four years' experience in federal court litigation, preferably patent and/or trademark litigation, is an excellent researcher and written communicator.
