Schedule: Full time, overtime available

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate track hoe to effectively complete all jobs assigned within designated time limits
• Prepare daily electronic time card for the project with multiple tasks, machines, and employees, including itemizing for proper billing
• Identify hazards associated with task assignments and ask questions when clarification is needed
• Maintain clean and safe work areas (sweep debris, gather and discard trash, remove snow and ice)
• Direct laborers and other employees to complete the job within the specified time limit
• Understand OSHA guidelines and procedures, as well as lockout/ tag-out procedures
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all safe activities to immediate supervisor and safety managers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-year experience operating a track hoe
• Basement digging experience preferred
• Hardworking
• Dependable
• Must be able to show proof of age over 18 as well as prove identity and right to work in the US
• Must be able to successfully pass drug screening
• Must be able to lift, carry and transfer 50 pounds or more continuously
