At-a-Glance:

What You'll Do:

• Responds to internal and external customer communication via phone and email.
• Opens, sorts, routes incoming mail, and prepares and send outgoing mail.
• Performs high volume of scanning, faxing, copying and filing by operating office equipment.
• Creates and reviews deeds, mortgages, and deeds of re-conveyance, declarations, and other legal instruments as necessary.
• Performs high volume of data entry and/or document creation.
• Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures.
• Operates office machinery including computers, copiers, scanners and fax machines.
• Interacts frequently with internal and external customers.

What You Bring:

• Ability to operate in a fast paced organization with changing priorities.
• Navigate multiple computer systems.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Electronic Signing & Recording experience a plus.
• Title experience is a huge plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

• Orlando, FL 32821: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
