AutoLenders is the largest pre-owned auto dealership in New Jersey with 7 locations, in addition to 2 locations in Pennsylvania. We offer a no-haggle, no-hassle business model where quality and customer service are key. While traditional dealerships rely on auctions and trade-ins for their inventory purchases, AutoLenders controls inventory sourcing in-house through our CAL and ALGO businesses to ensure quality and volume.

Job: Title Clerk

Responsibilities:

The Title Clerk has the following responsibilities:

• Prepare and process registration and title documents for local and out-of-state vehicle sales.

• Prepare checks for motor vehicle title work payments and customer registration refunds.

• Process all titling documents through electronic vehicle registration program or locations.

• Process all traded and purchased vehicle bank payoffs in a timely manner.

• Abide by all applicable state laws and motor vehicle agency guidelines.

Requirements:

The Title Clerk should have the following skills, education and experience:

• Motivated, organized, and driven professional

• Strong attention to detail

• High School Diploma required, Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.

• Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
