• Make sure all bays are functional for customer vehicle service.
• Complete the daily opening and closing procedures
• Review all tool boards and inventory to make sure all tools are in good condition
• Review Engine Oil Drain Plug Charts as needed
• Follow all Company policy and guidelines for safety and shop standards
• Complete the service logs and binders
• Daily supplies filled to ensure that technicians are working with efficiency and meeting goal times
• Providing a good customer service experience
• Overall, providing care and concern for our customers vehicles
• Show job responsibility and commitment
• Help to create a positive working environment
