Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic self starter to sell tickets for whale watching tours. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service in a busy work environment. Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to multi task. Duties include but are not limited to, ticket sales, checking passengers in and providing boarding passes, answer a variety of questions regarding the trip, our boats, weather conditions and be able to communicate effectively with people from all parts of the world. Knowledge of the Monterey Bay and marine mammals a plus. 6-8 hour shifts. 2+ years experience in customer service and sales preferred. Knowledge of local marine life a plus.
