Therapeutic Team Lead
Job description
This position will be accountable for planning, developing, directing and coordinating a recreational therapy program designed to meet individual and group needs. Consults with staff from other disciplines to integrate recreational therapy into the overall treatment program; monitors activities to ensure conformance to patient and program objectives. Supervises Therapeutic staff which includes hire recommendations, training, work planning, assignments and review, performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline. Must have the skills and knowledge to perform and review the work overseen. Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of experience in therapeutic activities. Also, must be a licensed Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.

Pay: $40,286.40 - $52,875.90 per year
