Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has part- and full-time opportunities available on our Tennis Maintenance Team. While experience is desired, we are willing to train the right candidate.

SUMMARY: As a Court Maintenance Technician, you will work on a team of skilled individuals responsible for maintaining the daily maintenance of the tennis courts, adjacent areas, and equipment to ensure an enjoyable experience for Members and guests alike.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains court tapes, nets, net poles, grounds, fences, and gates in good condition as well as cleans court drainage gutters, drains catch basis, and installs, removes, and repairs court wind screens.
• Trims grass at court edges and prevents weed growth at court edges.
• Waters, rolls, brushes, and sweeps lines of clay courts and blows debris and dust from surface of hard courts.
• Refills court supplies such as ice, towels, and cups for the Members.
• Maintains court equipment including tennis shoe cleaners, rollers, and line sweepers.
• Conducts self in a proper manner around members and guests on the course.

COMPENSATION: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.

REPORTS TO: Director of Tennis

AVAILABILITY: Must be able to work weekdays and weekends as well as holidays. Primarily looking for 9am - 5pm shift.

PHYSICAL / MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

• May be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Requires occasional bending, lifting, stretching.
• Must be able to work in the heat and sun for prolonged periods of time.
