Job Objective & Safety/Security Sensitive Designation

This is not a safety/security sensitive position for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment and is not subject to random drug and/or alcohol testing.

Essential Functions

TempStaff employees do a variety of temporary duties. These positions can last from one day to 120 days or more. Most of the positions are clerical but there are some Equipment Operators and Laborer positions occasionally.

This posting is advertising for clerical candidates only and the essential job functions may include but are not limited to:
  • Answering phones
  • Data entry and computer work.
  • Conduct research and other assigned tasks.
  • Cash transactions/money handling, balancing cash drawer, receipts
  • Tracking funds and receipts electronically
  • Assisting customers, vendors, contractors, etc.
  • Use of standard office equipment
  • Spreadsheet development and maintenance
  • Other clerical duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications and Additional Requirements

These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through the completion of high school or a vocational technical school, and two (2) years of clerical-administrative experience or related area; and one (1) year of computer experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
