Allan Myers is looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 engineer to join our team and lead the continual advancement of our Microsoft technology stack including M365, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure Active Directory, and Power Automate.

The successful candidate will be the lead internal technical resource to drive the modernization of our current hybrid Microsoft architecture and the modernization of our endpoint management. In addition, you will assist in the administration of our network infrastructure as well as our infrastructure hosted in Azure & AWS.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide subject matter expertise of Office 365 with emphasis in Endpoint Manager (Intune), Autopilot, Azure AD, SharePoint, O365 Groups, Exchange Online, Teams, and Power Automate.
• Develop, Plan, and implement changes to continually improve the Microsoft environment in the areas of device deployment and management.
• Leverage automation where practical to simplify and speed up device deployment, policy management, and user provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Optimize the administration of Microsoft collaboration tools such as Exchange, SharePoint & Teams. Provision and deprovision collaboration sites as needed as well as perform regular audits to confirm adherence with information access policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and better use M365 platform and services across the company.
• Participate in Infrastructure support rotation
• Providing technical support to users and assisting with training and adoption of Microsoft 365 services.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services and ensuring high availability and performance.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• 5-10 years overall systems administration experience with 5+ years as an O365 engineer in a 1000+ user environment.
• Expert knowledge of Office 365 Platform, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory services including domain administration, group policies, topology, and replication.
• Experience with implementation/configuration of Office 365 messaging and collaboration tools.

• Knowledge of project management methodology.
• Supporting Microsoft Certifications.
