What does a successful Technical Product Support Specialist do at Fiserv?

Play a meaningful role in supporting Fiserv’s Enterprise TCM Application suite in a diagnostic and support capacity. Work closely with internal channel partners and at times external clients.

Troubleshoot and resolve challenges from internal channel partners regarding technical issues, regulatory compliance, process behavior, environmental behavior, software application issues, and integration configuration questions. Responsible for quality control, full regression testing, and documentation of all new release functions.

What you would do:

o Serve as principal point of contact for internal client partners for TCM application queries and issues.

o Perform research and problem diagnostics to determine resolutions.

o Escalate issues to senior management from various Tier 1, 2 and 3 support teams when necessary.

o Participate in Quality Control, Regression, User Acceptance Testing and product documentation review.

o Provide input to Product Managers, Business Analysts and Programmers regarding product features and enhancements.

o Maintain flexible schedule to accommodate 24X7 on-call rotation.

What you will need to have:

o 1+ year of experience in Application Support or Client Implementation position.

o Strong knowledge of technical support procedures.

o Strong knowledge in application regression testing.

o Strong knowledge in application quality control test.

o Strong PC skills in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

What would be great to have:

o Experience in various versions of Windows Server OS’s.

o Scripting experience: .NET Framework, PowerShell and SQL for creating command line diagnostics and troubleshooting.

o Knowledge of database interrogation, scripting and data manipulation in DB2 and SQL.

o Consistent track record in attaining and exceeding of quota-based metrics.

o Experience in data base management and Financial Services in general.

o Exposure to financial services client system integrations, operations, or client support experience.

o Exposure to Fiserv or FRMS products or software solutions.
