Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Level II Analyst to execute analytical tasks utilizing both analytical techniques and processes for the Statement of Work within their specific functional/task area. The Analyst will be responsible for developing and utilizing analytical tools, techniques, processes and procedures for technical and/or administrative support activities. The successful candidate will have, and be able to apply, excellent oral and written communication skills.
This position is in support of the Missile Defense Agency. Locations include: Redstone Arsenal AL, Ft Belvoir VA, Dahlgren VA, Quantico VA, Schriever AFB CO, Kirtland AFB NM, Vandenberg SFB CA, Ft Greely AK, Elmendorf AFB AK, PMRF HI.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years’ experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD programs / projects
- Associate of Science or Associate of Arts degree relevant to the Security/CI fields preferred
- Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems
- Certifications: Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) Security Professional Education Development (SPeD ) certified for Security preferred
Clearance Requirements :
- Secret to TS with SCI eligibility
Special Qualifications : In addition to the Basic Qualifications listed above, the following specific qualifications are required by Task/Function area:
Acquisition Program Protection
- In addition to the minimum three years’ experience listed above, this requisition presents an opportunity to fill a broad range of distinct experience requirements. Those individuals with experience in DoD acquisition; program security; INFOSEC and Document Review are encouraged to apply.
Security and Emergency Management
Included within the minimum three years’ experience listed above, the applicant must have:
- At least two years’ DOD Security Analyst experience
- At least two years’ experience organizing and leading multi-disciplined security teams
- At least two years’ experience coordinating policy/technical issues with outside agencies/OSD level coordination
- Possesses demonstrable Inspection skills that include identifying requirements, assessing compliance, and proper reporting techniques
International Security
- Experience: As stated in basic qualifications
Counterintelligence
- Certifications: Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) certified for Security
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office Specialist Expert certification
- Current Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)
