Come join our Culver's team in Mukwonago, WI! This location is located at 1090 N. Rochester St, Mukwonago, WI, 53149. We’re looking for adults (18+) who will have consistent open availability between 7am-10:30pm and are looking for steady, full-time hours!

Full-time employee wages start at $17 per hour for team members with completely open availability. A $13 meal credit is offered for shifts over 6 hours. If delighting is in your DNA, you’ll be a natural at this position! Our front-of-house (FOH) crew members always bring the energy and thrive in our fun, fast paced environment. Whether it’s greeting guests at the door, taking orders behind the counter, or delivering outstanding service throughout our restaurants, these are the people who bring our hometown hospitality to life each and every day. Our back-of-house (BOH) kitchen crew members are experts at moving quickly in a fast-paced environment. If delighting is in your DNA, you’ll be a natural at this position. Our BOH team works together to prepare seared-to-order ButterBurgers® and other guest favorites. No bun is left unbuttered, no Cheese Curd overcooked. In our kitchen, the details matter. In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
