We are looking for a Team Member with the right attitude and aptitude to join our team and help make a difference in our community. The position will require physical labor as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure as part of a team, and we're looking for candidates with a passion for giving back to their communities.
Responsibilities:
- Be an effective member of a team.
- Be able to communicate effectively with people over the phone and in person.
- Listen and respond to customers' requests and complaints.
- Communicate with other team members frequently to ensure high quality products are produced on schedule.
- Be able to work long hours during busy periods and have the ability to cope with stress.
- Possess basic computer skills, be able to use social media tools, and have strong writing skills for creating company promotions.
- Be able to work in temperatures that fluctuate between hot and cold.
- Be able to stand for long periods of time.
