Our Visiting Physician Services, is a physician-based medical house call practice headquartered in Holmdel serving homebound patients throughout New Jersey. The practice is comprised of physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants with the mission of treating elderly, frail, homebound patients with dignity and compassion .

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our team. Provides administrative assistance to the office manager and to the department as a whole.

Responsibilities:
1. Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
2. Manages DME requests and workflow to ensure timely turnaround
3. Provides administrative support to the department as needed
4. Assists Office Manager and Assistant Office Manager in escalation calls and receptionist oversight
5. Assists in improving operational efficiencies and employee morale
6. Utilizes organizational skills to ensure all documentation is current and accurate
7. Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years work related experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA
  • Knowledge of SpringCM archive system preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
