Nickell Moulding a Division of Patrick Industries, located in Elkhart, is seeking an experienced Team Leader for our 2nd Shift to work in a fast-paced environment and help produce quality products for Customers. REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires constant standing, walking, lifting (up to 60 lbs.), carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, reaching, handling parts, handling controls and visual efficiency.
• Mental toughness is required and an ability to handle day-to-day stress created by people, orders and superiors.
• Machine set up and operation,
• Training people and assisting with all department responsibilities within the assigned departmentThe ability to learn completely all machines within assigned department.
• Above average reading, writing, math and communication skills.
• Advanced Troubleshooting Skills and Continuous Improvement Skills (LEAN).
• High degree of attention and care required to prevent injury to self and others.
• Ability to use tape measure, calipers.
• Ability to read prints, job tickets, spec sheets.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Work, lead/guide the production following Management’s instructions.
• Help train both new and old employees in following all quality, safety and production guidelines.
• Meet or exceed company and customer expectations in quality.
• Execute daily activities. Keep all persons with a goal mind-set.
• Must know and follow Employee Handbook.
• Understand daily flow of job tickets. Help meet schedule requirements.
• Understands performs Huddles. Performs other duties assigned.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
