Responsibilities:
- Manage tax compliance and planning for a variety of clients, including c-corp, s-corp, partnerships, trusts, and estates
- Provide guidance on tax issues related to high net worth individuals (HNW)
- Ensure compliance with ASC 740 and other relevant tax regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate these changes to clients and colleagues
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification required
- 3+ years of experience in tax compliance and planning
- Strong knowledge of c-corp, s-corp, partnerships, trusts, and estates
- Experience with ASC 740 and other relevant tax regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
