Job Summary:

The Talent Sourcer will proactively develop and execute on strategic sourcing strategies to build and maintain diverse and qualified talent pipelines in alignment with RWJBH human capital needs and aiding in expedited placement of candidates within the system. This position is a hybrid work position. Employees will be permitted to work from home, but are expected to come onsite as business needs require (meetings, networking events, training, etc).

Essential Functions:

  • Drive sourcing capability and delivery to proactively build and maintain a network of inclusive candidate pools by leveraging all available talent channels including, but not limited to proactive market research; internet sourcing; social media; referrals; and association, alumni group, and organization partnerships.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand current critical and hard to fill roles as well as future hiring needs.
  • Generate passive and active candidate interest through creative marketing and messaging by clearly articulating the RWJBH s value proposition.
  • Create and maintain relationships with universities, technical schools, and professional groups by engaging in regular communication, participating in meetings, networking events and seminars to build candidate pipelines.
  • Provides supplemental support to Recruiters in assessing and interviewing candidates within the framework of the position specifications. Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within appropriate and consistent timelines.
  • Maintain high data integrity and accuracy of records within the ATS.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree required.
  • Prior to talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment experience required; 3-5 years strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth, fast paced corporate or agency talent acquisition environment with prior sourcing experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with current sourcing techniques and platforms and ability to remain current with developing and new techniques/skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
  • Strong research and candidate generation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
  • Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both.
