As a Talent Sourcer at D. French Advisors, you will have an exciting opportunity to craft and deliver sourcing strategies to find and engage highly desired active & passive talent. You will serve as a trusted business partner to the Talent Acquisition team by actively engaging with the talent market and our external partnerships, building and cultivating diverse candidate pools, and sharing critical talent insights.

Role Description

• Support with the creation of sourcing strategies for assigned roles, identify and assess potential candidates and supply a steady pipeline of diverse talent for key roles.
• Perform primary research and market analysis to understand external market trends and recommend talent acquisition strategy.
• Use technology resources to maintain effective talent relationships through lead tracking, identifying & continuously engaging with leads, referrals, and other potential prospects.
• Search for talent using a variety of techniques and technologies, including lists, social media, and networking events.
• Convert passive talent by articulating a compelling story using your understanding of the business and employee value proposition.
• Preferred experience and/or exposure to the legal industry; familiar with legal terminology and differing roles.

Role Specs:

• Vacillates between 15-30 hours/week - you determine your schedule.
• Primarily remote; some in-person meetings with candidates and hiring managers.
• Sourcing 5-15 jobs at one time.
• Type of sourcing includes but is not limited to: Litigation Attorney, Litigation Paralegal, Senior or Mid-level Partners with a book of business, Mid-level associates, Wealth advisors + various other entry to mid-level positions.
