Immediate opening for a Talent Acquisition specialist in Suffolk County working for a premier medical group. Established organization looking for top notch recruiter.
- Manage full cycle of recruitment, attend job fairs and workshops, conduct interview and recruitment workshops, as well as exit interviews
- Coordinate phone screens and in person interviews
- Manage job boards and write ups of specific openings
- Able to manage a dashboard and present candidates appropriately
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- 2 years experience with recruitment - specifically healthcare
- MS office
