POSITION TITLE: Talent Acquisition Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
REPORTS TO: Human Resources Manager
JOB PURPOSE: To improve the health and wellbeing of our communities.
BASIC FUNCTION:
Works closely with hiring managers on recruiting. Develops and executes local and national recruitment plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative ideas. Leads the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plans for each open position. Participates actively in the interview process for various positions. Represents the organization by preparing and conducting booths at career fairs. Efficiently and effectively fills open positions. Acquires compensation data for wage recommendations and annual compensation review. Assists with offers of employment for selected candidates. Conducts regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Provides training to employees and managers. Serves as the first line interface between applicants and the organization. Maintains recruitment systems and databases. Posts and advertises open positions. Ensures that all job posting are compliant with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Responsible for travel and lodging arrangements for candidates as needed. Performs research and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Creates, updates, and maintains job descriptions. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. Maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations. Assists with development and execution of special projects as assigned. Clerical duties include maintenance of employee files and records; maintenance of personnel policies, procedures, forms and documents. Assists with organization and filing. Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred.
Experience: 3 – 5 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
SALARY INFORMATION :
$24.10-$36.39 Dependent on Experience
Shift differentials may apply for eligible positions.
