Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Analyst is responsible for data analytics and reporting on Talent Acquisition and Human Resources metrics and processes from data extracted from internal systems such as iCIMS and Lawson, as well as external recruiting platforms and social media platforms. The TA Analyst proactively identifies process improvement opportunities and improves efficiency in TA processes that drive and support organizational goals. The TA Analyst serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional area, assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, ensuring scheduled reports are timely, and report writing (iCIMS) when needed. The TA Analyst participates and assists in the administration, testing, and roll-out of system upgrades to the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).

Required qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing and/or another relevant field or four years of relevant experience.
2. Intermediate skills with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
3. Experience within the healthcare field; ideally with knowledge of functions of various departments within the acute hospital setting.
4. Professional experience in Talent Acquisition, including experience with online platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Calendly, etc.
5. Possesses project management, change management and analytical skills necessary to develop and implement appropriate changes.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Prior experience with knowledge of report writing in applicant tracking systems and human resources information systems.
2. Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, talent acquisition performance metrics, and healthcare industry benchmarks.
