We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
- Pre-Sale Due Diligence phase – Systems Engineering review of IT landscape of systems infrastructure (internal systems, storage, telephony, cloud environments, etc.), tools, platforms of the target M&A companies – intend to find out integration risks, alignment to NTTDS IT strategy etc.
- Participates in establishing and maintaining systems integration standards and processes for target M&As.
- Provides design and documentation of systems infrastructure, cloud, etc. of target M&A companies.
- Effectively communicates discovery to the Systems Operations teams within the IT organization.
- Post-Execution, M&A Integration phase
- Identify, scope and assist in the development and finalization of required integration tasks.
- Working PMO define the integration schedule with appropriate activity sequencing and critical path – by analyzing interdependencies between systems and business priorities.
- Contribute on continuous improvement on the M&A due diligence and Integration Engagements to make it more efficient and agile.
