This is Onsite position.

Required Job Skills:

• A seasoned Environment management/support engineer with Excellent Communication Skills.
• Excellent planning & execution skills.
• Willing to be part of 18/7 offshore support team – This includes working in different shift timings including Weekends on a rotational basis.
• Having good understanding on Application Environment and its various components.
• Excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle especially Java based applications
• Strong communication Oral/Written and should be vocal during triage bridge lines
• Knowledge on triage handling process
• Good team player as role require lot of coordination with various stakeholders & partners.
• May require alternating weeks of 2nd shift coverage and weekend support

Desired Job Skills:

• Exposure to Middleware stack products like JBOSS OR Websphere Or Weblogic
• Exposure to Java based development Environment and infrastructure system
• Exposure to DevOps Tools like XLR, Jenkins, Ansible, Github
• Exposure to tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics
• Exposure to BladeLogic, writing scripts and jobs to service Operational needs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Software deployment: 3 years (Preferred)
• Server: 5 years (Preferred)
