Royal Group is currently seeking a full-time Systems Admin to join our Essex Junction Team!

We have been growing and as opposed to multiple sharing these responsibilities, we feel its time to have a full-time position

Option to work (5) 8-Hr Days ..... or...... (4) 10-Hr days and have a 3-day weekend!

Candidates must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of balls in the air, be very team-oriented, and absolutely dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers

Job Details:

* Learn all of our Systems and Software

* You would be responsible for keeping all our customers systems up to date with Software/Firmware

* Software Programming Prep - Prior to scheduled installations

* Remotely working with customers to troubleshoot issues as needed

* Supporting the Sales / Admin / Managamenet / and Technicians as needed

* Proactively working with our In House IT Person and Lead Technicians

* Helping to support our Technicians in the field

Requirements:

-Ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly with our customers in person and on the phone.

-Able to have many tasks at once and remain organized
-Very Strong computer skills - Ideally direct experience with scheduling software, G-Suite (GOOGLE, Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc), etc.
-Extremely strong organizational skills
-Attention to detail is a must
-Team Player
-Able to multi-task and not drop things off the radar
-Have the ability to understand the basics of our technical systems

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
