System Administrator

Radial, the leader in omnichannel commerce technologies and operations has an exciting opening for a System Administrator. Radial’s omnichannel solutions use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the e-commerce end to end processes reducing costs for our customer while enhancing the consumer experience.

Role Summary:


The System Administrator will assist in the management of corporate systems. The System Administrator will have a diverse skill set to match the diverse systems managed by the team.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage authentication systems: Active Directory, OpenLDAP, SSO/SAML

  • Development of scripts to automate processes using mutliple technologies

  • Manage Office 365 and its technologies

  • Manage onboarding process via Microsoft Identity Manager

  • Create and maintain system documentation

  • Support other teams that interface with various managed systems

  • Participate in requirements analysis and planning activities

  • Participate in on-call rotation


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years’ experience as a systems administrator in a Microsoft environment.

  • Skills in the following: Active Directory, File Services/DFS, PowerShell, ADFS (SSO/SAML 2.0)

  • Experience with Office 365 Technologies (Sharepoint, Exchange, PowerBI, Teams), Microsoft Identity Manager

  • Knowledge of Linux, OpenLDAP, Sendmail, DNS, DHCP

  • HTML/Other web development technologies, Infoblox, SQL Server or other database technology preferred but not necessary.


Travel:

  • This position is remote.

  • Travel is not required.
