We have an immediate opening for a full time patient-focused professional to perform surgery scheduling from our Bellevue Surgery Center location.

We are looking for a detail oriented team player with a passion for patient care, who will represent the company with discretion, professionalism, and a positive attitude!

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with patients regarding surgical cases and scheduling requirements
• Communicate with medical providers regarding the status of pending surgical cases
• Schedule surgical and other medical procedures
• Maintain a list of upcoming and previous surgical cases
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented and team player
• Excellent communication skills; written and oral
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
