Travel Resorts of America, Mid-West Division is looking for Full-Time *Seasonal Support Service Administrator at our St. Croix River Resort, Hinckly, MN.

Travel Resorts of America currently operates eleven premium, membership-based Camping Resorts in South Dakota, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Whether an RV owner, a tent-camper, or booking a cabin, there are plenty of options for our members to choose from, along with amazing campground amenities, unique adventures and activities!.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and address the needs of inbound phone calls and walk-ins
  • Check in tour participants and direct visitors
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and emailing
  • Run confidential credit applications, when needed
  • Receive and process payment transactions and deposits
  • Receive, review and process sale contracts
  • Policy enforcement
  • Scan sales into and maintain electronic filing system
  • Receive/prepare/maintain inventory of all paperwork current and stocked
  • Receive, document, disperse and maintain inventory of marketing premiums
  • Informational data entry and Excel reporting
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • Resolve administrative / sales problems and inquiries
  • Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
  • Maintain email communication
  • Open and process incoming correspondence
  • Maintain office supply inventories
  • Operate and maintain office equipment
  • Run errands: bank, post office, etc. as needed

Skills

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage but not required
  • High school diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour
