Job Title: Support Operations Analyst II
Duration: 6 months of Contract possibility of extension
Location: 100% Remote
Payrate: $26/hr - $28/hr
Job Description:
· Good written (email) and spoken communication skills in English.
· Knowledge to support ticketing software like Zendesk, Salesforce etc.
· Experience with small e-commerce businesses.
· Ability to work with Product Management teams to track and highlight top customer pain points and process improvements.
· Diligent and process oriented to ensure high customer satisfaction.
· Good understanding of eCommerce businesses and the challenges faced them.
· Experience in providing email and phone support to small businesses.
· Process oriented and strong operational skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Experience with eCommerce marketplaces with buyers and sellers.
· B2B Ecommerce platform and providing operation support.
· Analytical and likes to measure operational performance.
· Must have experience with any Ticket System and managing a ticketing queue
· Self-Starter
· Able to self-manage
· Solution Oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
