Job description
Third-level Support Care position accountable for taking vital signs, assisting with care plan activities, observing and reporting patient conditions and behaviors, and participating in rehabilitation, ambulation, and transfers. May mentor or direct the work of lower-level employees. Communicates with doctors, patients, and families, and educates patients on care. May provide transport to offsite appointments and application of restraints when necessary.
We have group homes located in Magee, MS, Bay Springs, MS, Wesson, MS and Brookhaven, MS.
If there is not a state pin available, one will be employed as a contract worker. Contract workers get paid $12.00/hour.
Typically requires a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation, High School Diploma or high school equivalency, and 2-3 years of experience.
