Job description

Summary: This position is responsible for the Ordering, receiving, warehousing and inventory for All Natty Rems, Haze Silver and LOVA packaging items, and Harvest/Cultivation supplies for 51st and Kingston St. locations.

Essential Functions:

Cultivation

Weekly Inventory for Cultivation facility
Safety stock and burn rates for both to maximize efficiency and space
Ordering of all products for cultivation
Pricing and sourcing alternative products
Financial record keeping for all cultivation
Obtain two suppliers for contingency purposes
Putting away and storing products according to Department of Agriculture regulations
Upkeep of shared google sheets doc
Reconciliation of packing slips
Maintaining FIFO
Supply Chain
Order all packing materials for both facilities
Order mylars for the retail outlets
Maintain the correct safety stock to ensure no halt in production
Work with vendors on obtaining best pricing
Stay within budget to assist in company cash flow
Maintain MRP
Verify proofs before ordering with compliance and sales/marketing
Implement new ideas to streamline current processes
Create new and more efficient ways to produce SKU’s on the production side
Verify sales orders and receipts with finance
Use forecasting to determine when products need to be ordered
Pivot when necessary based on sales

Harvest Supplies
Inventory Harvest supplies-outsourced
Ordering Harvest supplies thru vendorsStaying within monthly budget as set by finance
Source other alternatives for more cost effective and better products
Miscellaneous
Glove purchasing, inventory, and distribution throughout the company
Assist in other departments as needed (cultivation, harvesting, packaging, etc.)
Work with finance to ensure payment to vendors

KPI’s

Maintain 100% of inventory needed via vendor lead times
Ensure 100% FIFO
Maintain two suppliers for all products ordered
Ensure 100% of weekly inventory transfers
Analyze Vendor Performance each quarter and present to Director of Supply Chain

Working Conditions:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. May be required to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 75 pounds (200 pounds with assistance).

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
