Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Coordinator learns the interworking of the Supply Chain function by completing inventory movements, data reconciliation and validation. Executes SAP transactions and contributes to ad-hoc reporting.

This position primarily supports the Convent LA location and provides backup to two other locations as needed. (Soda Springs ID and Vanceboro NC)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Support Supply Chain Operations

• Execute daily entries and routine transactions related to SAP (Post Goods Issues, inventory, QC, imports, master data, third party transactional support, and BOL preparation etc.), TMS load planning, execute purchasing receipts, invoice processing and equipment tracking.

• Coordinate raw material needs and production schedule with BU Supply Chain and Covent Plant Manager
• Liaison with local transportation provider to ensure efficient delivery schedules
• Perform tasks associated with equipment fleet coordination, product reclaim, etc.
• Validate and process vendor invoices for the Convent site
• Coordinate management and storage of all shipping papers and related production documents
• Provide backup to Convent QA tech and Plant Manager as needed
• Participate in supply chain projects as needed

Support the Sales and Operations Planning

• Reconcile inventory, execute SAP transactions
• Complete all necessary month end transactions
• Monitor stock levels vs. stock targets

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience, (Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, or Technical field preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer Service, or Arkema Supply Chain Internship
• ERP Experience required (SAP strongly preferred)
• Experience in Transportation Management Systems preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with Power BI Dashboards is a plus
