SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST

YOUR ROLE

The main purpose of the Supply Chain Analyst is to provide leadership and support of the end-to-end existing OEM relationships that creates access and insight to all stakeholders of the OEM /Customer relationship related to demand and supply activities.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

· Provide leadership and support of the end-to-end existing OEM relationships that creates access and insight to all stakeholders of the OEM /Customer relationship related to demand and supply activities.

· Primary responsibility for OEM product road map management in the context of the Ceva Logistics portfolio (or Customer) addressing all lifecycle management and related issues ensuring that the timely launch and EOL events occur in support of the portfolio plan.

· Responsible for attending and contributing appropriate data, follow up items and feedback where necessary to weekly Collaborative Forecasting Planning & Replenishment (CPFR) calls with key suppliers and/or customers. Supports the needs of the OEM and/or Customer by gathering, reporting and monitoring the sales forecast relative to the S&OP demand plan via weekly OEM CPFR events and customer CPFR events.

· Uses historical data, sales trends and market research to develop forecasts, track sales quota and provide various reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).

· Set up of all approved new products in the Ceva Logistics systems including customer variants, cost, etc., and ensure product information management integrity.

· Responsible for setup, maintenance, and data integrity of the planning environment (JDA/Blue Yonder) for all demand, supply, and replenishment activities related to supply chain planning.

· Perform the portfolio analysis and create reporting as required to support the QBR, OEM Contractual Requirements, Customer Contractual Requirements, special requests and all internal requirements for performance and informational reporting.

· Assist with the development, maintenance and execution of the Sales & Operations Plan.

· Review and analyze sales forecast provided by the demand planning group in order to plan orders, align lead-times, adjust inventory

buffers, new items, discontinuing forecast, and data validation and manage related settings in the planning systems.

· Work with Sales, Finance, Operations, and the Customer (where applicable) to manage all inventory management metrics including but not limited to: DIO, Aging, Obsolescence and Supplier Metrics.

· Work with external software supplier and internal IT department with testing, updates, and performance issues as it relates to supply management.

· Assist with any integrations and acquisitions as it relates to the supply chain function.

· Communicates with Account Management and Customer Service on the status of back-orders and recommended order ship dates on newly placed orders.

· Responsible for issuing and updating all related purchase orders to assigned program within IFS system (specifically creating, cancelling, increasing, decreasing, pushing out or pulling in related dates and quantities of the purchase order) along with expediting and any dock/warehousing issues to get product received including ASNs.

· Creates and promulgates the exception reporting related to assigned OEM/Customer products.

· Oversee and manage special projects as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· (4) Years college and minimum 2-year supply chain, operations, or finance business experience.

· Demonstrated ability of managing cost performance, supply/demand forecasting and distribution execution with short life cycles.

· The ability to multitask is essential.

· Capacity to build internal and external relationships.

· Ability to establish credibility across the organization and engage others to ensure the most effective supply chain solutions.

· Must identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Gathers and analyzes information skillfully and develops alternative solutions. Works well in group problem solving situations.

· Gives and welcomes feedback. Contributes to building a positive team and puts success of team above own interests.

· Understands business implications of decisions. Displays orientation to profitability. Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition. Aligns work with strategic goals.

· Takes responsibility for solving problems, seeking out the knowledge needed to perform tasks.

· Expert level experience with Microsoft Excel.

· Cognos and Power BI experience is a plus

· Access experience is a plus.

· Experience working with a commercially recognizable Advanced Planning System such as SAP, Oracle Demantra, Logility, JDA/Blue Yonder.

· APICS certification preferred
