Job Title: Commercial Superintendent - Nights, Regional Travel
Location: Leominster, MA, with regional travel throughout Massachusetts, upstate New York, and Maine
Salary: $90k- $120k+
Requirements: 2 years experience as a commercial superintendent

We are a fast-growing Grocery Store Facility Services and Construction Company in New England with 7 years of experience. Our high-performing and experienced builders and project managers directly impact our grocery clients with projects delivered on time and within budget.
We are seeking a Commercial Superintendent to oversee grocery store remodels and renovations across NE and upstate NY. This is a night shift position and includes a 4-day work week!! You must be available for travel across Massachusetts, upstate New York, and Maine as needed.

What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee grocery store remodel job sites
- Assist with small renovation sites and facility services as needed
- Manage all subcontractor activity
- Work with PM to make sure the project is completed on time and within budget
- Accurate reporting and documentation
- Ensure safety of staff on the project
What You Need for this Position
- 2+ years experience as a commercial superintendent
- 2+ years experience with commercial construction and remodels
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, data sheets, contracts, etc.
