Job description
Camp Kamaji is a summer residential camp for girls located in Northern Minnesota, near Bemidji, MN. Each summer we hire a qualified staff (18 and older) to help us run camp. Camp Kamaji is currently looking for students or recent graduates to staff our waterfront. Waterfront staff teach activities for four or five periods a day. Candidates must be strong swimmers and willing to become lifeguard certified (we will help with this!)
We are looking for candidates with skills to teach:
- Sailing
- Canoe/Kayak
- Windsurfing
Dates are: June 6-August 9 (Can start earlier or end later)
We are looking for staff that are ready to work hard, build life-long friendships and have fun! This job is in a camp setting where housing and food are provided. A travel stipend is provided on top of this listed salary that is paid at the end of the contract. While we are looking for waterfront staff, we have other openings as well and welcome friends and family members to come work for us together!
