Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- 60% - Receptionist - Great incoming students/staff/faculty/potential students and direct them to One Stop meetings with Advisors. - (Essential)
- 20% - Print UND ID Cards - (Essential)
- 10% - Open incoming mail, process payments, and scholarship checks - (Secondary)
- 10% - Other duties as assigned such as answering phones, taking mail to other offices. - (Secondary)
Required Competencies
- Microsoft Office Products Experience
- Federal Work Student Accepted
- Strong Customer Service Skills
Minimum Requirements
- Successful completion of Criminal Background check
- Federal Work Student Accepted for the 2023 summer semester
- Currently enrolled in 6 credits for the semester employed
