Job description

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, increasing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will also be responsible for developing strategies to promote the store, creating promotional campaigns, and developing and implementing new policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and personnel.
• Develop and implement store policies and procedures.
• Monitor store performance and take corrective action when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate personnel.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
