Roche Bobois, a world leader in the luxury furniture business is looking for a North East Stock Coordinator for its offices located in Secaucus, New Jersey. Under the supervision of the Stock Manager, the Stock Coordinator will assure the accuracy of the stock movements in our ERP system, process stock orders for our quick ship program and showrooms, organize the transfer of merchandise between our different locations and update our Clearance APP.

Main Responsibilities:

Stock Purchase Orders and Sales Management

-To place stock orders with our factories, following up with confirmations, lead times and order status

-To manage the stock orders tracking file and update ERP system accordingly (ETD, ETA, status, etc.)

-To perform general administrative duties as needed by the stock department.

Quick Ship + Clearance APP

-To monitor quantities of every reference in the stock program

-To conduct monthly inventory counts of stock references and reconcile ERP, when necessary

-To be the store contact for stock level communication and discrepancies

-To post photograph entries to Clearance App and update when needed

Stock Transfer Coordination between warehouse and showrooms

-To coordinate store transfers in our ERP system according to General Manager requests

-To prepare all necessary documentation and communication (List & Tags) and send them to store.

-To track stock returns with the store manager, warehouse manager and update ERP accordingly

Inventory Physical Control a & Supervision

-To prepare and carry out annual global stock inventory in the warehouse and at the 9 North East locations

-To assist all store managers for inventory process and management throughout the year

-To help reconcile inventory, entering justified adjustments in our Data Management System under the Stock Manager’s supervision.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in stock administration department or similar
  • Detail oriented as well as a driving force in process development and improvement
  • Self-efficient in MS office, strong excel skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Stocking: 1 year (Preferred)
