Job Description

The Staffing Coordinator will create and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly nursing staff schedules for a large Skilled Nursing Facility.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have:

• 2 years of skilled nursing or hospital staffing experience
• Prior experience using On-Shift Scheduling Software
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Prior CNA/LVN experience preferred but not required

Must have:

• Great communication skills (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to coordinate and lead the department
• Positive attitude, ability to connect with others (people's person)
• Professional demeanor and good work ethic
• Initiative to take action and be a self starter who is self motivated
• Works well with others and indpendently

Full-Time

Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00

Some weekend coverage maybe required
